Follow the tips above to cook from frozen. Defrost in the fridge overnight and reheat using the air fryer. You can freeze these tightly sealed for up to a few months. Reheat these in the air fryer on 350 degrees for a few minutes until warm. Place the chicken in the air fryer, breast side up and air fry for 30 minutes at 350☏/177☌. Press gently to make sure the seasonings stick well. That will help get them crispy and crunchy as well. Sprinkle half of the spice mix over the top of your chicken, then flip it over and sprinkle the rest on the bottom of the chicken. I also like to spritz these with a little olive oil. The breadcrumbs provide the perfect crunch. Cook time will vary based on the brand that you use. I suggest 15-18 minutes for frozen cook time. I cook mine for 15 minutes, about 7 or 8 minutes each side.
